GNU turns 30

On September 27, 1983, Richard Stallman made the initial announcement of the GNU Project [3], launching the free software movement. In 1985, Richard Stallman published the GNU manifesto [4].

Celebrating 30 years of GNU at Paris 8 University, on September 21, 2013

On September 21, 2013, April will have the pleasure of hosting an event to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the GNU Project, with a lecture from GNU founder Richard Stallman.
